AIの物語は二人の旧友 スティーヴン・ロパスとモーガン・コックスの親しい間柄から生まれた。彼らはカリフォルニア州コンコードの EJ Phair ブルワリーで共に働き商業について学び、 そして毎週のようにモルガン川の小屋で過ごしビールを飲み，魚釣りやホームブリューイングを楽しんでいた。そこで語った二人の夢は，自分たちの醸造所をもつこと。

そしてついに 2009 年その夢を実現することができました。 サンフランシスコの東ベイエリアにエールインダストリーブルワリーを開設して以来， 毎年 2 倍の勢いで大きくなり 2013 年秋にはオークランドの新醸造所へと拠点を移しました。彼らはできるだけ地元の材料を使うことにこだわり、トレンドよりも 夢を語った時と変わらず自分たちが飲みたいビールを追い求めています。

 

ALE INDUSTRIES BREWING

AI was founded by two old friends, Stephen Lopas and Morgan Cox. They worked together at EJ Phair brewery in Concord, CA to learn the trade. Every week they would get together at Morgan’s river house  on the Sacramento river delta and drink beer, fish, and brew all weekend. The brewing buddies dreamed of opening their own brewery all the while, and finally in 2009 they were able to make their dream come true. They opened Ale industries in The San Francisco East Bay area and have doubled in size each year since they started. They have grown so fast that now thy are moving to a new facility in Oakland in the fall of 2013. They brew using local products as much as possible、and brew only the beers they want to drink rather than trying to make trendy beers.
