AQ Anniversary Weekでお披露予定の2つの新ブルワリー。
第1弾はAQでは初めてとなるカナダはモントリオールからDieu Du Ciel!（デュードゥシエル！）🇨🇦
1998年創業で、数々の名作ビールを世に生み出してきたレジェンドブルワリーです！ご存知の方も多いのでは？👀

【Dieu Du Ciel!】
Dieu du Ciel! literally means “God in Heaven,” but in Quebec French it means what we say in California: “Holy Shit!” As in, this beer tastes like it’s from heaven, but it’s so good I’ll drink it anywhere, even in hell! DDC was the first Canadian craft brewery that became a cult brewery in the US, so good that even with all the amazing beer in the US people would make the long trip north to Montreal just to drink the beer! It was started in 1998 by two home brewers, and the creativity and out-of-the-box thinking they started with is still the heart of the brewery. Our good friend Luc “Bim” La Fontaine, who has contributed greatly to the craft beer scene in Japan and is now the owner and master brewer of Godspeed, was the brewer for many years and he brought world class technique and even more creativity to the mix. The result is the legendary brewery DDC, the one Canadian craft brewery known throughout the world. Now you can enjoy it in Japan! Raise a glass of Péché Mortel (Mortal Sin! worth going to hell for!) and say “Dieu du Ciel!”

Dieu du Ciel! は直訳すると「天におられる神 」という意味ですが、ケベック州で話されるフランス語ではカリフォルニアで言うところの 「Holy Shit!」＝「なんてこった！」にあたります。彼らのビールは天からの贈り物のような味わいで、あまりにも美味しすぎてどこでだって…そう、地獄でだって飲んでいたい！DDCは、アメリカで初めてベンチマーク的な人気を博したカナディアンクラフトビールメーカーです。ご存知の通りアメリカには素晴らしいビールがたくさんありますが、DDCのビールを飲むためだけにモントリオールまで北上するアメリカ人が後を絶ちませんでした！1998年に2人のホームブルワーによって生まれ、彼らが始めた創造性豊かで既成概念にとらわれないビール造りは今でもブルワリーの主軸です。私たちの親友であり、日本のクラフトビールシーンに大きく貢献し現在はGodspeedのオーナー兼マスターブルワーのLuc “Bim” La Fontaineが長年にわたり醸造を担当し、世界クラスの技術とさらなる創造性をもたらしました。その結果、DDCは今や伝説的な醸造所となり、世界中で知られるカナダのクラフトビールメーカーです。そして今、我々はそれを日本で楽しむことができます！『Péché Mortel』（＝死に値するほどの重罪！）のグラスを掲げて、「Dieu du Ciel!」に乾杯！
