Multiverse Level3 -Galaxy / Strata / Simcoe

Multiverseは、1つのビールが複数の状態で存在することの意味を探求するビールシリーズです。今回はギャラクシーホップにスポットを当て、ストラータとシムコーが熟したパッションフルーツやパイナップルのアロマを演出しています。
滑らかでソフトな舌触りとともに、それぞれのホップの役割をお楽しみください。

Higher Grounds

Higher Groundsは、ダークモルト、ライモルト、アロマティックモルトをベースにしたクラシックなポーター。
そこに英国発のコーヒーブランド”Hasbean Coffee”のコーヒー豆を使って作った、冷たい水出しコーヒーを加えました。

その結果、香ばしいコーヒー由来のベリーの濃厚な香り、滑らかな口当たり、ロースト感のあるボディとがバランスの良い1杯へと仕上がりました。

SKOG

Burnt MillのフレンドであるスウェーデンのDugges Bryggeriとのコラボレーション。
ホップは Idaho, Talus, Simcoe, Cashmere & Centennialを使用。
ジューシーで芳醇なアロマと、パイニーでシトラシーなフレーバーが特徴！

We are drawing from the Nordic winter for direction for this collab with our good friends at Dugges brewery. ⁠

A soft, pillowy base from extra pale, oats and chit malt gives a platform for a hop combination of Idaho, Talus, Simcoe, Cashmere & Centennial to deliver big juicy aromas of pine & citrus.⁠

Nelson Sauvin, Kohatu, Idaho, Citra ,Cascadeを使用したNew England Pale Ale。複数のホップを緻密にブレンドすることにより、砕いたばかりのグーズベリー、パイナップル、柑橘系の果物、松など複雑かつ多様なフレーバーが見え隠れする味わいに！

Gardens of Green – Idaho / Sabro –

Dual（2種の）hop IPAシリーズより。大事なのはそれぞれのホップの組み合わせを最大限に表現するためのレシピとプロセス。今回はIdahoとSabroを採用。トロピカルフルーツ、マンゴー、グレープフルーツのアロマと、ほのかに溢れるココナッツのヒントが調和的なNew England IPA。

We’ve paired Idaho-7 with a touch of Sabro to create an IPA bursting with aromas of overripe fruits. Mango and grapefruit take the lead with a hint of coconut boosting those tropical flavours!

Enigma Fog

濃い霧のような厚みと口に広がるとろみが印象的なFog シリーズ。今回はオーストラリアで人気のホップ、Enigmaにスポットを。白ぶどうやトロピカルフルーツのアロマがふんだんに香るIPAが誕生しました！

Super pale, wheat & flaked oats make up the malt bill, providing a soft base to showcase one of our favourite southern hemisphere hops; Enigma. ⁠

Multiverse IPA Level 2

1つの事象には常に複数が存在し、共にせめぎ合い均衡が保たれています。今回のレベル2では複雑にブレンドされたモルトの優しい口当たりが、メインに据えられたGalaxyホップのジューシーさを際立たせます。その上でCitraとMosaicを使用しパイニーでシトラシー、そしてクラシカルなフレーバーを表現。

Mutiverse is a series of beers in which we explore what it means for a single beer to exist in multiple states. Each beer has similarities and differences, each connected but existing in it’s own unique state. Moving to Level 2 we get a boost in abv and a base with extra pale, chit & flaked oats that provides a soft base for Galaxy hops take the spotlight. The supporting role comes with the classic pairing of Mosaic & Citra for a vibrant flavours of Passion Fruit & Citrus with a piney back bone
